Blender Jug Warranty – Terms

These terms apply to replacement blender jugs sold by Catering Equipment Spares, a trading name of Bosworth Group Ltd (company no. 16245738).

What's covered

• Length: 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Swap-out, not refund: if your jug fails within the warranty period, we will replace the faulty jug or part. This warranty does not provide a refund.
• Blades included: the blade assembly is covered as well as the jug.

What's not covered

• Damage caused by washing in a dishwasher.
• Commercial overuse.
• Any consequential or indirect loss.

How to make a claim

Before any swap-out we need:

• a clear photo of the broken part, and
• your order number (from eBay or Amazon).
